Ranji Trophy 2016: Yuvraj Singh ends poor run in domestic season with hundred against Madhya Pradesh
Yuvraj Singh hit 16 boundaries to reach his 25th first-class century which came off 149 deliveries.
New Delhi: Veteran Indian left-hander Yuvraj Singh on Thursday ended his poor run in the domestic season with a brilliant century in the ongoing Ranji Trophy 2016. Yuvraj, who was left out of India's 15-man squad for upcoming five-match ODI series against New Zealand, slammed his 25th first-class ton which came against Madhya Pradesh.
The knock came as a huge relief for the southpaw, who was struggling to score runs in Indian domestic cricket. In his first match of the new Ranji season, Yuvi managed to score just 26 runs from two innings against Railways.

Yuvraj, who scored 9 in first innings, was out caught and bowled to Ashish Yadav on 17 for a double failure in his first match of the Ranji Trophy.
Even in the recently concluded Duleep Trophy, Yuvi failed to impress as he scored 52 runs from five innings playing for India Red.
