With the win, England have clinched the three-match series against the Caribbean side 2-1.
Chasing a huge target of 399 runs to win, the visitors failed to stitch partnership and fell like a pack of cards against England to get eventually bundled out for 129 runs in their second-innings in a clash that was halted twice by rain on Day 5.
Shai Hope and Shamarh Brooks were the top scorers for the West Indies with 31 and 22 runs, respectively.
Woakes was the pick of the bowlers for England in the second-innings with brilliant figures of five for 50, while Stuart Broad grabbed four wickets while conceding just 36 runs.
