Mumbai: Getting rail ticket through the booking window can sometimes really turn ugly.

Something similar happened at Mumbai's Lokmanya Tilak Terminus.

People became restless when a lady, sitting at the booking counter, denied tickets to the people outside while she was busy doing some other clerical formalities.

When the people objected to this, the lady got into a heated argument with them. The entire episode was filmed by someone in the crowd.

The video has sort of gone viral. It has got 1,864,125 views on Youtube and 57,000 shares on social media.
