New Delhi: Believe it or not, but it's finally true! After rumours and speculations, Reliance Jio 4G SIM cards will be finally delivered to your doorsteps.

As per various reports, the company has started door delivery system of the Jio 4G SIM in Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad.

The service is set to be expanded to other states too, the reports said.

Ever since its official launch in September, there have been reports after reports that Reliance was delivering the Jio SIM door to door. The true? It never really did.

However, it appears that the company has started the option now.

To avail the facility, follow the instructions given below.

1) Log in to Jio.com and register for delivery at door by filling in personal details including residential address.

2) Once you have registered for ‘4G SIM door delivery system’, a Reliance Jio executive will arrive at your door delivery. Be ready with these essential:

        - Local Aadhaar Card

        - 4G enabled handset

        - Jio App, which should be downloaded on your mobile, and the Welcome Offer Code

3) The executive will ask for Aadhaar card details and take fingerprint details on eKYC machine. Once this is done, submit the Jio Welcome Offer code and your SIM will be activated in just 15 minutes.

Reliance Jio SIM has become immensely popular with customers in India receiving 16 million subscriptions in less then a month.

The number of Reliance Jio SIM subscribers have reportedly crossed 24 million at the time of filing of this story.

Moreover, with recent reports that the Reliance Jio Welcome Offer facility which was to end on December 31 being extended to March 2017, more subscriptions seem to coming Reliance's way.
