Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections: BJP Releases 4th And Final List, Fields Rajesh Agarwal From Ambikapur
BJP's final list for Chhattisgarh has four candidates including Sushant Shukla from Beltara, Dhaniram Dhivar from Kasdol and Dipesh Sahu from Bemetara.

Raipur: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday released its fourth and final list of candidates for the upcoming Chhattisgarh Assembly elections. The saffron party has fielded Rajesh Agarwal from Ambikapur constituency. He has been pitted against the state's Deputy Chief Minister, TS Singh Deo. The party's final list has four candidates including Sushant Shukla from Beltara, Dhaniram Dhivar from Kasdol and Dipesh Sahu from Bemetara.
The BJP has now declared all 90 candidates in the state. The party's first list of 21 candidates included Lok Sabha MP Vijay Baghel, who has been fielded against Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in Patan in Durg district. The second list had 64 candidates and the third list had a single name.
Last week, the BJP also released the list of 40 star campaigners for the first phase of the state polls.
The Congress has also declared the names of all its 90 candidates. The party announced its third and final list of seven candidates for the Chhattisgarh Assembly elections, fielding party leaders Ambica Singh Deo and Omkar Sahu. The ruling party has fielded Ambica Singh Deo from Baikunthpur, Chaturi Nand from Saraipali, Ambina Markam from Sihawa and Omkar Sahu from Dhamtari.
Earlier on October 18, Congress announced the second list of 53 candidates for the Chhattisgarh Assembly elections that are due to be held in November in two phases.
On the other hand, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) released its fourth list of 12 candidates for the upcoming Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections on Sunday. "The names of the candidates include Dev Ganesh Tekam, Alexandar, Munna Toppo, Prakash Toppo, Gopal Bapudia, Sobram Singh Saima, Parmeshwar Prashad Pandey, Neelam Dhruv, Santosh Yadu, Vijay Gurubaxani, Parmanand Jangde and Bhagirath Manjhi," the AAP said in an official release on Sunday.
After the first phase of polling on November 7, the remaining 70 seats in the state will go to polls on November 17. The counting of votes will be done on December 3.
