Taylor Swift, Harry Styles` romantic getaway

London: Singers Harry Styles and Taylor Swift enjoyed a romantic mini break in England ahead of Swift`s 23rd birthday Thursday. They had a quiet getaway in England`s picturesque Lake District and a day out in Bowness-on-Windermere Wednesday, where they shopped for Christmas presents together for their families.
