Ray J didn`t know Whitney was on drugs

Los Angeles: Singer Whitney Houston`s on-off boyfriend Ray J had no idea that she was taking cocaine at the time of her death, his spokesperson has said. Ray is furious after Houston`s former sister-in-law Leolah Brown suggested he was to blame for the singer`s death in February, reported a website. The rapper`s spokesperson insisted that the star had no knowledge that Houston, whose official cause of death was accidental drowning due to the effects of heart disease and cocaine use, had started taking drugs again. The autopsy results have dispelled speculation surrounding the mysterious death of the 48-year-old pop star on February 11 in Beverly Hills hotel. The coroner also noted that neither foul play nor trauma factored into her demise. A final report is expected to be released within two weeks. Houston was found dead in the bathtub and several pills were found on the scene including Xanax, Ibuprofen, and Midol. Houston, who had an 18-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina, with ex-husband Bobby Brown, had a long-running history with drink and drug abuse. PTI
