Katie Holmes sacks publicist who introduced her to Tom

London: Katie Holmes has sacked her old publicist and appointed a new one, just days after she filed for divorce from Tom Cruise. The powers that be (Red Pages UK) have released the following announcement: “Actress Katie Holmes has left her publicist at Slate PR and has signed with BWR Public Relations. “Following the announcement of her divorce from Tom Cruise, she is now represented by Leslie Sloane in the New York office and Nanci Ryder in Los Angeles. Katie is set to star alongside Chace Crawford in the upcoming film Responsible Adults which starts filming later this year.” Holmes fired her highly respected publicist Ina Trecoikas, and is returning to her old (Pre-TomKat days) publicist as well as filing for sole custody of their six year-old daughter Suri Cruise, the Mirror reported. It’s believed that the pair met through Cruise’s own agent way back in 2005, though they have never confirmed the fact. Holmes fell pregnant with Suri in 2006 and the couple married in Italy just six months later. ANI
