London: Sharon Osbourne is all set to make a comeback to `X Factor` with a 2-million-pound deal, which will make her the highest-paid judge in the show`s history.
According to the Sunday People, the 60-year-old star will clinch her lucrative pay packet next week as Simon Cowell tries to boost the show`s ratings, the Mirror reported. Sources close to the mum-of-three and music mogul Cowell said that Osbourne will be an X Factor judge and it is only a matter of days before the deal is finalised. The source added that Osbourne is being paid a hefty sum as Cowell is desperate to have her on the show and she is also expecting to earn 500,000 pound more in book and publishing deals. The insider added that there is no way she would turn down such a well-paid job. Cowell`s latest offering is part of his plan to improve ratings for the ITV show which lost over a million viewers last year. ANI
