‘Bol Bachchan’ Ajay Devgn ready to roar as ‘Singham 2’

Zeenews Bureau Mumbai: Want to know the success formula for a creating a blockbuster? Here it is- Ajay Devgn plus Rohit Shetty is equal to a super duper hit film. The duo, which has earlier produced hits like ‘Golmaal’ franchises, ‘Singham’ and now are celebrating the success of ‘Bol Bachchan’, is contemplating to start another franchise. Director Rohit Shetty has said that “‘Singham 2’ was always there”. Talking to a leading daily, Shetty said, “One of the reasons I was keen on a ‘Singham’ sequel is because this film got Ajay and me tremendous respect from the cops and the janta. It has been playing on a certain television channel since August 2011 for 35-40 consecutive weeks. I think that is a record by itself. It also garnered the highest TRPs when it premiered on the same channel a year ago.” The story of ‘Singham 2’ will be original, Shetty said. “We found a fresh story for the sequel and that is why we started talking about Part 2.
