Why are Ranbir, Priyanka and Ileana oblivious of ‘Barfi’?

Zeenews Bureau Mumbai: Anurag Basu’s ‘Barfi’ starring Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Ileana D’Cruz, has been in news right from its inception stage, yet the actors associated with the film were clueless about the film’s climax. And going by what the trailers are unfolding, little can we guess about the ending of the flick. Filmmaker Basu has a unique way of treating his films, and hence doesn’t believe in revealing the screenplay to his cast. In fact Basu does not even believe in carrying the screenplay to the sets. Talking to a tabloid, Basu said, “All I can say is that I am a lazy narrator. The wholehearted narration that I gave was only to Ranbir and the team of UTV. As far as Priyanka goes, I only told her what Zilmil does in the film. I had never seen Ileana in a film, so I had no image of her in my mind. As far as the schedule being changed is concerned, there have been one instance too many.” Going by what the insiders have to say, looks like Ranbir, Priyanka and Ileana are not aware of the climax as yet. They might be among those first day first show goers, to see what the film in totality looks like!
