Oz boxer in sex-tape scandal with former girlfriend says ‘there is no tape’

Boxer turned lawyer Lovemore N’Dou says that the one-minute mobile phone sex tape with ex-girlfriend and sports star Lauryn Eagle was destroyed.

Melbourne: Boxer turned lawyer Lovemore N’Dou says that the one-minute mobile phone sex tape with ex-girlfriend and sports star Lauryn Eagle was destroyed.
He has hit out at a report that he is holding the ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ contestant to ransom over the tape after their allegedly messy break-up. N’Dou, who began dating Eagle a year ago after the pair met in the sparring ring, denied Sunday’s media report that an explicit tape had come between the pair and says it was, in fact, around a minute of footage on a mobile phone that has since been destroyed. He also denied that the two had a bad break-up, saying it was Eagle who cordially ended their relationship - via text - on Saturday afternoon. “The idea that there is this explosive ‘sex tape’ scandal is ridiculous,” the Daily Telegraph quoted him as saying. “It was a clip that I sent her and I destroyed it last year in front of Lauryn. There is no tape. “It was a private matter between a couple. It’s no longer an issue,” he said. Soon to star in Nine’s ‘Celebrity Apprentice’, Eagle had said that she split with Ndou on the fourth anniversary of her father’s tragic death in a freak speedboat accident on Sydney Harbour. Describing their relationship as destructive and dysfunctional, the 24-year-old said she had called an end to their volatile 12-month affair because “it was not ideal”. “I acknowledge the relationship was very dysfunctional and people around me have been concerned,” she said. N’Dou denied suggestions that he had been a bad influence on Eagle since they began dating, claiming it was he who never found acceptance amongst her friends and family. “I don’t think they felt I was good for her image. “It created a lot of stress on our relationship, especially for Lauryn,” he said.
