Bollywood ‘Heroine’ Kareena Kapoor turns 32

She is the only actress who has worked with all three Khans in the industry and is the only heroine to feature in three films which grossed Rs 100 crore at the Box Office. Debuting with ‘Refugee’ in 2000, Kareena entertained all of us with her amazing acting in films like ‘Jab We Met’, ‘Omkara’, ‘Chameli’ and many others. The actress who has shown a tremendous maturity in each of her performances is ready with her new film ‘Heroine’ which she admits has been the toughest performance of her career. The movie is said to be based on real events and borrows from the lives of stars such as many real life actresses who used to visit theatres playing their films in a burkha, just like Kareena`s character does in ‘Heroine’. Kareena Kapoor accepted the role as she felt she could relate to Mahi Arora. "I always take challenges when it comes to performance oriented roles and ‘Heroine’ isn`t something that I could have missed," said Kareena Kapoor while promoting the film. With two other projects in her kitty like ‘Talash’ and ‘Satyagrah’, Kareena faces the biggest occasion of her life on October 16th, when she will be tying the knot with long-time beau Saif Ali Khan in traditional Nawabi style.
