New Delhi: In what can be a welcome news for air travelers, aviation ministry is mulling over a plan to launch a website where air passengers can register their complaints, which will be forwarded to the airlines, as per a report published in the Economic Times.
The plan was discussed at a meeting in the ministry on Thursday.
As per the report the forum will be managed by a team comprising officials from aviation ministry, Airports Authority of India, Air India and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
