Xiaomi likely to unveil Redmi Note 4 on August 25

New Delhi: After the popular Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, now the company is set to unveil Redemi Note 4 on August 25 in an event in Beijing. As per a leak on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo, the design of the device is much similar to the Redmi Note 2, but the new phablet has much more to offer. Let us look at the features expected in Redmi Note 4:

1. Deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor
2. Power of 4,100-mAh long lasting battery
3. Redmi Note 4 is expected to come out in two models: 2 GB of RAM with 16 GB of storage, and another that with 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage
4. A 5.5-inch display size
5. A 13 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera
6.The prices are expected to be around $150 and $180 for the 16 GB and 64 GB versions, respectively

Also, there is a fingerprint sensor below the rear camera unit, while the design doesn't vary much from the popular Redme Note 3. As per the analyst firm IDC report, Rede Note 3 was the highest-shipped smartphone India’s online market in any given quarter. Xiaomi is said to have sold 1.75 million units of Redmi Note 3 in five months since the launch.
