When Apple launched its two hyped iPhones –iPhone 6s and  iPhone 6s Plus, it did not position them as water-resistant phones.

However, soon reports started pouring in that the water-resistance capacity of the phones are much more than its previous models.

Experts at iFixit through its teardown tools explain the water-resistance of the new iPhone in details.

Wikipedia states that iFixit is a private company in San Luis Obispo, California. Founded in 2003, the company sells repair parts and publishes free wiki-like online repair guides for consumer electronics and gadgets on its web site.
