Los Angeles: Socialite Khloe Kardashian has broken her silence against those who have targeted her pregnant sister Kim Kardashian for gaining a lot of weight.
Kim, 32, is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West. She has also been under the scanner for choosing extremely tight and skimpy clothes in such a phase.
Hence, Khloe has come out in Kim`s defense, In a letter on her blog, Khloe has opened up about how she is disturbed by the way the society has reacted so far, reports radaronline.com.
“I find it disturbing that society loves to critique a woman’s shape no matter how beautiful or happy she may be within herself. I would hurt for her for years if all she remembers is the pain and emotional abuse she has received from so many vicious people," Khloe wrote.
Khloe, who is married to basketball player Lamar Odom, even encouraged and praised Kim for bearing the critisism.
“Kim, you may be one of the strongest people I know. I have no idea how you endure such abuse but still smile and shine everyday! I commend you for not putting your head down and going into hiding like so many would," Khloe wrote.
“I wish you could see how you have this pregnant glow and you sparkle everyday! I couldn‘t be prouder to be your sister," she added.
Kim is due for delivery in July.
