Katherine Jackson `devastated` after losing custody of MJ’s kids

Washington: Katherine Jackson has spoken out for the first time after losing the guardianship of Michael’s children while she was away in Arizone. While the 82-year-old Jackson matriarch was away in Arizona at the Miraval Resort and Spa, a judge appointed Tito Jackson’s 32-year-old son, T.J. Jackson, temporary guardianship of the late singer’s three children, Prince, 15, Paris, 14, and Blanket, 10, on Wednesday. “I am devastated that while I’ve been away, my grandchildren have been taken away from me, and I’m coming home,” Us magazine quoted her as telling ABC News. She argues that the Judge Mitchell Beckloff’s court ruling on Wednesday was “based on a bunch of lies”. She also addressed rumours regarding getting “kidnapped”. “I am here today to let everybody to know that I am good and fine,” she said. “My children would never do anything to me like that,” Katherine said. Instead she described her absence as a “short vacation and rest.” According to Katherine, the the reason she did not call her grandchildren is because she “just gave up my phone” and “didn’t want to have any phone calls while I was here.” ANI
