New Delhi: If you are nursing a desire to buy a new car in the new year and are looking forward to something exclusive that none of your friends have, then hold on! Here are the slew of cars expected to be launched in January in the different price categories which you can keep a tab on and choose:  

1) Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 AMG

Estimated Price:1.20 - 1.30 crore

Mercedes-Benz in its product offensive has ventured into a completely new segment, the sports sedan category. It contender is the GLE Coupe which has been designed and created to tackle the BMW X6. It will be launched in India on January 12 in the 450 AMG setup to tackle the BMW X6

2) Mahindra KUV100

Estimated Price:5 - 7.50 lakh

Mahindra is developing a new compact car codenamed S101 which will most probably be named as the KUV1OO. The KUV100 is a compact car of the size of hatchbacks like Grand i10 and Swift.

3)Tata Zica

Estimated Price:  3.90 - 4.50 lakh

Tata Motors has been working on building a replacement for their decade old product, the Indica. Under ‘Project Kite’, Tata has developed a budget hatchback and a budget compact sedan to be positioned under the Bolt hatchback and Zest compact sedan. 

4)Datsun Redi GO

Estimated Price:  3 - 5 lakh

The Datsun Redi GO is the third car from the Japanese automaker as part of its re launch strategy for the brand. 7)Ford Endeavour

The upcoming Ford Endeavour is also known as the Everest in other markets. It was first showcased as the 'Everest concept' in Sydney, Australia in 2013, and later unveiled at the 2014 Bangkok Motor Show. The production-ready car not just borrows traits from the concept, but looks almost similar.
