Tubelight: Reasons to watch Salman Khan’s Eid release

Mumbai: After enthralling audiences as the muscular wrestler in ‘Sultan’ last year, Salman Khan is back to wow moviegoers with ‘Tubelight’, in which he plays a childlike innocent character.

The film slated to release on June 23, is this year’s Eid release and fans of the superstar are extremely thrilled about it.

As the film is all set to hit the silverscreen tomorrow, here’s taking a look at 5 reasons to watch the it:

Salman Khan – The name is a reason good enough to watch the film.

Salman and Sohail’s Bhaihood – The Real life brothers have teamed up after almost a decade and will be sharing screen space in the film. Their ‘Bhaihood’ in the trailer has already won a million hearts and we are sure the siblings will leave the audiences teary-eyed with their heart-warming chemistry.

Salman and Kabir Khan’s jugalbandi – This is Salman’s third film with Kabir Khan. The duo has delivered blockbusters– ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ in the past. And going by their track record, ‘Tubelight’ too will prove to be a massive hit.

Salman Khan’s Eid release – Since 2009, Salman has had most of his films releasing on Eid with just 2013 being an exception! From ‘Wanted’ to ‘Dabangg’, ‘Bodyguard’ to ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Kick’ to Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and ‘Sultan’, Salman’s films have set the cash registers ringing at the Box Office.

Supporting cast and Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo – ‘Tubelight’ marks the Bollywood launch of Chinese actress Zhu Zhu. The film also stars Matin Rey Tangu, a child artiste from our very own Arunachal Pradesh. Moreover, ‘Tubelight’ happens to be one of late actor Om Puri’s last films!

The film also features talented actor Mohammed Zeeshan Ayub and last but not the least, superstar Shah Rukh Khan will make a cameo appearance.
