Shah Rukh Khan vs. Akshay Kumar: Big clash averted!

Mumbai: A big clash at the Box Office has been averted. Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ and Akshay Kumar’s ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’, which were supposed to hit the silverscreen on the same day, will now release a week apart.

SRK’s film directed by Imtiaz Ali will now release on August 4 while Akki’s ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ will make a splash on the silverscreen as per original schedule.

‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ comes across as a romantic film also starring Anushka Sharma whereas ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ is believed to be a satirical comedy inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pet project – Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ has Bhumpi Pednekar on board as the female lead.

Both the films have made the right noises and it will be interesting to which of these makes better business at the Box Office.

So this August, expect some real fun at the theatres.
