Phillauri box office collections: Anushka Sharma-Diljit Dosanjh's 'spirited' saga has minted this much so far!
Anushka Sharma as a friendly ghost Shashi slowly picked up pace during the weekend and on a working day (Monday). The film which is helmed by debutant director Anshai Lal has collected 2.02 crore nett, taking the total to 17.27 crore nett so far.

New Delhi: Anushka Sharma as a friendly ghost Shashi slowly picked up pace during the weekend and on a working day (Monday). The film which is helmed by debutant director Anshai Lal has collected 2.02 crore nett, taking the total to 17.27 crore nett so far.
'Phillauri' was made at a cost of 21 crore and has already recovered 12 crore from satellite and music rights. With only 9 crore to recover before the film release. The film is produced by Fox Star Studios and Clean Slate films.
Vijay Singh, CEO, Fox Star Studios, announces the profitability of the film saying, "The Fun, family entertainer has found its audience and we are happy with the collection that this small film with a big heart has been putting up. The film will register a good week one and has become a profitable film for us."
The comedy-drama stars Diljit Dosanjh, 'Life Of Pi' actor Suraj Sharma and Mehreen Pirzada besides Anushka in the lead. The film opened in theatres on March 24, 2017.
