Karan Johar is nostalgic – Here’s why

Mumbai: Karan Johar cast an impressive spell with his directorial venture – Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham – a multi-starrer featuring Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Kajol, Jaya Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor in pivotal roles, fifteen years ago.

The producer-director took to Twitter Tuesday late night to express his emotions about a film that created magic at the Box Office and also struck an emotional chord with the audiences.

He wrote, “#15YearsOfKKKG....so many memories!! So many moments....so much love still....am grateful forever.... (sic).”

The film revolved around a family that drifted apart and subsequently reunited after many years, to realise that the bond between its members had only strengthened over time.

The super-hit flick released on December 14, 2001.
