Haseena Parker biopic: Shraddha Kapoor starrer to NOT release on August 18

New Delhi: The quintessential girl-next-door, Shraddha Kapoor will be seen shedding her stereotypical on-screen image and be in her full boss lady mode in 'Haseena Parker' biopic.

The film is based on the life of don Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parker. Interestingly, Shraddha's real brother Siddhanth Kapoor will be seen playing her reel bro, Dawood.

This will be the first time that this filmy brother-sister jodi features in a film together. 'Haseena Parker' has been in the news lately for many reasons—one of them being the dilemma related to its release date.

Now, it has been confirmed that the film will not be releasing on it scheduled date of August 18, 2017. A new date will soon be announced by the makers. Noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared the news.

Reportedly, this decision has been made in order to avoid any clashes at the Box Office. The film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia.
