Box Office report: Here's how much 'Dear Zindagi', 'Kahaani 2' collected on Saturday!

New Delhi: For Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dear Zindagi' and Vidya Balan's 'Kahaani 2', Saturday turned out to be a bit of relief. Both the films performed significantly well at the Box Office yesterday as compared to Friday.

The Alia Bhatt starrer earned Rs 3.50 crore, while the Sujoy Ghosh directorial managed to mint Rs 5.79 crore on Saturday.

"#DearZindagi shows 55.56% growth on Sat... [Week 2] Fri 2.25 cr, Sat 3.50 cr. Total: ₹ 52.75 cr. India biz," Hindi movie critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.

He further posted on the social media, "#Kahaani2 saw 36.24% growth on Day 2... Sun should add to a respectable total... Fri 4.25 cr, Sat 5.79 cr. Total: ₹ 10.04 cr [1235 screens]."

The Gauri Shinde directorial was released on November 25 this year. It also features Ali Zafar, Kunal Kapoor, Angad Bedi and Aditya Roy Kapur in key roles.

'Kahaani 2' took the silver screens by storm on December 2, 2017. It also stars Arjun Rampal.
