New Delhi: Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra starrer 'Badhaai Ho' has received a thumbs up from the audience as well as critics. The film opened to a thunderous start at the Indian box office and has received rave reviews. 'Badhaai Ho' is truly one of those films proving that content is king at the Box Office.

The film has also suceeded in showing its charm internationally. As per noted film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh, 'Badhaai Ho' has turned out to be a massive hit in Australia. It has become the eighth Indian film to cross A$ 500,000 mark in 2018.

Adarsh shared the latest Australian business collections of the film on his Twitter handle besides sharing a list of top Indian film grossers in Australia.

'Badhaai Ho' also features Neena Gupta, Surekha Sikri and Gajraj Rao in pivotal roles. Directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, 'Badhaai Ho' tells about the story of a young married man who is embarrassed by his parents' sex life.

It is great to see Ayushmann back with a film that subtly discusses issues that people refrain from talking in public. From 'Vicky Donor' in 2012 to 'Dum Laga Ke Haisha' in 2015, from 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' to Shubh Mangal Savdhan, Ayushmann has been a part of coming-of-age films.

Sanya, on the other hand, has had a great film journey so far. From 'Dangal' to 'Patakha' and now 'Badhaai Ho', the curly-haired beauty has proved that she is here to play very long innings.

'Badhaai Ho' hit the screens on October 18 facing Box Office clash with Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra's 'Namaste England'.
