New Delhi: The film 'Andaman', an inspirational village quarantine drama starring Sanjay Mishra, Rajesh Tailang and debutante Anand Raaj unveiled its trailer on Friday (November 19).

Helmed by debutante director Smita Singh and produced by 8 Pillar Motion Pictures, the film is set to release independently on 20th November with a unique social media campaign on the OTT platform Open Theatre. 

It is a story of a common man dealing with the COVID-19 crisis and his personal battles.

Apart from its unique selection of actors, the film has an interesting ad campaign to draw viewers in.

Debutante director Smita Singh sheds light on the unusual campaign of the film and stated, "It's my first film so I am exhilarated and anxious too on its release. We are running a campaign on social media and central idea of our campaign is " You are the hero of our film 'Andaman' which means audience is the hero of the film because they can take this film to the mass audience and earn unlimited cashback rewards and help others to do it so. We have cast 80% new actors in the film. Your support can uplift their confidence. "

She further adds, "This film gives an opportunity to audience to become the brand ambassador of 'Andaman'. You matter to us. Because you are the hero of our film."

The film is all set to release on Saturday (November 20) on the OTT platform Open Theatre.
