After Pari, Anushka Sharma to roll out three films under her banner

New Delhi: Anushka Sharma's last release 'Pari', a horror flick, received a lukewarm response at the Box Office. 'The film was the third in the series, after 'NH10' and 'Phillauri' to be produced under the production house of Anushka. Though the movie failed to set the cash registers ringing, the actress is looking forward to the release of the film in Russia. 

According to a DNA report, Anushka is all set to take the banner ahead and is planning to announce three new projects from her production house. The report added that both Anushka and her brother-cum-business partner Karnesh Sharma have been going through various scripts for some time now. They have reportedly finalised three scripts which belong to diverse genres.

A source told DNA that Anushka is hand-picking and curating content that is clutter breaking. The actress along with her brother-cum-business partner will roll out three new films and all of them will be of different genres. 

Meanwhile, Anushka has two more projects lined up for release this year. She is currently shooting with Varun Dhawan for 'Sui Dhaaga', in which she will be seen essaying the role of a woman who earns her living by embroidering clothes while Varun plays a tailor.  

She is also teaming up with her 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' co-stars Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif for Anand L Rai's 'Zero'. Here, the actress will be seen essaying the character of a struggling scientist. She will also be seen in Sanjay Dutt's biopic 'Sanju', which will be released in June.
