Mumbai: Tata Motors is going to to raise prices of its passenger vehicles by up to Rs 25,000 from January 2017.

Currently, the car company is offering year-end discounts on the sale of Tata Nano, Tata Nano Genex, Tata Bolt, Tata Safari Storme and assurance on delivery of Tata Tiago. 

Tata Tiago became one of the top selling models in November contributing 47 percent of the total passenger vehicles sales of Tata Motors.

Tata Motors becomes 3rd largest in car sales beating Mahindra and Mahindra in November.

Tata Motors passenger and commercial vehicle total sales (including exports) in November 2016 were at 38,900 vehicles.

The company’s domestic sales of Tata commercial and passenger vehicles for November 2016 was at 33,274 nos. Cumulative sales (including exports) of the company for the fiscal was at 3,50,549 nos., higher by 8% over 3,24,966 vehicles, sold last year, the company had said in a statement.
